Looking for a little more adventure?  This eight hour Guided “Stay and Play” adventure is a 13 mile guided paddle which begins on the edge of the Hirundo Wildlife Preserve in Pushaw Steam. The Cayuga proceeds downstream in the Pushaw, across the headwaters of the gorgeous Stillwater River (a beautiful spot for the group lunch break).

After lunch you’ll paddle the Penobscot to head around Orson and Indian Tribal Islands, then down to the Old Town boat launch.  This “Stay and Play” adventure includes overnight lodging at The Black Bear Inn, ground transportation by Cyr Bus, a box trail lunch,  complete equipment provision from Old Town Canoe and a licensed professional Maine Guide.

Base price includes lodging at the Black Bear Inn (can be removed) for the special $99.00/night Stay and Play Rate! 

 

Lodging options listed below reflect $99/rate +7% tax.

 Participants under 18 must meet the minimum age (see below) and must have a parent or guardian participating

Pick-Up: 8:00AM (See Note)
Adventure Start: 9:00AM*
Finish (off the water): 5:00PM*

 

Note:  CYR Shuttle pick up will be in two locations.  For guests staying at the Black Bear Inn, you will be picked up at the hotel.  For day trip only guests, you will be picked up at the Old Town Canoe Visitor Center (125 Gilman Falls Ave. Old Town ME) about fifteen minutes later.
